This is what I wanted to write
Yet another client, another story of suggestions or recommendations having a profound impact on what to eat and not eat. By the time I see clients, they are often on multiples supplements and/or medications. Their diet is so restricted it is affecting quality of life, constantly wondering what they can eat, why they are still feeling so unwell, in a low mood and so very tired. Nutrition is compromised. Clients in desperation, hang onto comments and recommendations trying to find answers and resolve their symptoms. The have usually spent a ‘bucket load of money’. It is so disheartening.
